Our professional services roots. NTC Group Consultancy is established. A multi-disciplinary sustainability consultancy across major sectors in South Africa.
2007
Genesis of our professional services. Kulani Engineering Consultancy (KEC) is established. A multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy across major sectors in South Africa.
2011
Kulani Energy (Pty) Ltd is established to pursue opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
2013
Milestone participation in Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Programme (REIPPP) at the back of KEC’s track record. 100 and 150MW installed capacity in CSP & PV respectively.
2021
Redefining of our strategy. Consolidation of resources and establishment of relationships with funders, EPC partners and industry players. Building a pipeline of EPC projects and identification of acquisition targets in line with our O&M vision.
TODAY
A solid EPC, O&M and M&A pipeline in the energy, chemicals & infrastructure sectors. Establishment of a fund to support our growth by acquisition strategy. Identification of partners to enable us to achieve our vision.
